Over the past year, HIAH’s Working Groups have brought together Czech experts to explore some of the key conditions shaping housing investment and delivery in Czechia. The International Board has followed this work closely, bringing an external perspective and drawing on international experience.

The new International Board Review presents the Board’s assessment of this work and highlights key insights across three areas: financial instruments, land development and spatial planning, and cooperation between the public and private sectors. It also looks at what comes next – from testing the Working Groups’ proposals in practice to developing them further.
