HIAH presents 20 recommendations to the state to strengthen investment in housing.
On April 1, 2025, the newly established expert platform at SFPI, called HIAH, issued 20 recommendations as its first publication, providing commentary on documents from NERV and the Association of Rental Housing.

The Housing Investment Advisory Hub (HIAH) is a specialist platform initiated by the State Investment Support Fund (SFPI) that brings together representatives from the public, private and academic sectors.
